We reserve the right to modify product listings, adjust pricing, limit quantities, and discontinue products without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after:

• Successful order placement
• Payment confirmation (for prepaid orders)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable GST is included where required.

We accept payments via:

• UPI
• Debit / Credit Cards
• Net Banking

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, billing information provided is accurate, and you agree to pay all applicable charges.

Delivery is currently available only in: Bhestan, Surat – 395023

Estimated delivery time: approximately 30 minutes (subject to operational feasibility).

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic
• High order volumes
• Unforeseen operational issues

Returns and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy. Key points:

• Complaints must be reported within 1 hour of delivery
• Perishable items cannot be returned after 1 hour
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 3–5 working days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method only

All website content including logos, brand name, text, images, graphics, layout and design are owned by KerGro / Parco Agro Products and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

We may use third-party providers for:

• Payment processing
• Website hosting
• Analytics
• Delivery support

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Provide false information
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt website functionality

Occasionally, information on the website may contain errors relating to pricing, product descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders without liability.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted website access
• Error-free operation
• Exact weight or appearance of fresh produce

All grocery items are sold for household consumption and should be inspected at the time of delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, KerGro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss arising from delivery delays beyond control
• Damage occurring after successful delivery

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KerGro and Parco Agro Products from claims arising due to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of Services
• Violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Obligations related to payments, liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
